The mission of Shadow Wood Country Club is to enrich the lives of its members by providing exceptional golf, sports, and social activities that foster friendship and fellowship within a private, safe and secure, member-owned setting in a fiscally responsible manner.
Shadow Wood Country Club collects certain personal information about our members, guest, and employees to facilitate our relationship. We know how much you value your privacy. We at Shadow Wood Country Club are committed to keeping your information secure. We use the information about you for marketing our products to you, supporting products you purchase and use for club purposes, and providing continuing and administrative services.
Shadow Wood Country Club recognizes the significance of protecting the privacy of children under the age of 13. Any information collected for children of members, guests, or employees is provided directly from a parent or legal guardian. Any other information is not knowingly collected by Shadow Wood Country Club. If a child under the age of 13 provides personal information without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the parent or guardian can call Shadow Wood Country Club at 239-992-6000.
Sharing of Information
Shadow Wood Country Club may share personal information with our subsidiaries and other third parties as we deem appropriate. Doing so allows us to efficiently conduct our business. Information may be shared with or obtained by third-party service providers who provide us with services such as ADP, Billtrust, Chelsea Reservations, Constant Contact, Interlink Consulting, Northstar Technologies, USGA/GHIN, etc. We believe these providers exercise reasonable care to protect your personal information and all third-party contracts restrict the use of your personal information to the purposes for which it was provided to them.

Data Retention and Disposal
Shadow Wood Country Club keeps employee and customer information for as long as is necessary for business purposes, or as legally required by appropriate state, federal and regulatory bodies. Past that period, records, both physical and electronic, are destroyed.
