In the video below, “Catch of the Day with Chef Rich”, Executive Chef Richard Crisanti prepares a 70 pound Swordfish fresh from the Atlantic Ocean in preparation for a special Bistro Dining menu feature for our members this weekend. The featured dishes will be an appetizer of Swordfish Kabob with Pina Colada Sauce or an entree of Grilled Swordfish with Pineapple Salsa and Black Rice.
